- Xplicit Beauty is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or mishandled packages during the delivery process.
- We advise customers to track their orders and make arrangements for safe receipt, especially if they won't be available to receive the package personally.
- Should you receive a package that appears damaged or opened, please take a photograph of the package before opening it. While Xplicit Beauty is not responsible for mishandled parcels, having this documentation may aid you in discussions with the carrier.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
- Please understand that the shipping cost associated with any order is non-refundable.

Order Processing Time:
- Black Friday Orders: Will be processed and dispatched within 10-14 business days.
- Sales & Pre-orders: Processing times might vary. Specific details will be mentioned during the sale or at the time of pre-ordering.
- Once shipped, most in-stock items will reach you within 2-5 business days.
- Please note that the aforementioned timeline starts once you receive the tracking number for your order via email.
- We believe in keeping our customers informed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor your order's journey right up to your doorstep or mailbox.
- We process orders from Monday to Friday.
- Weekends and holidays are excluded from our processing
